Operational Safety Coaching:

Companies often find that even when they follow the highest training protocol standards, incident and accident reports indicate that many crewmembers still exhibit unsafe behavior and do not follow Company QHSE Policies and Procedures and/or specific job instructions.

This troubling behavior has prompted the implementation of World Safety, Operational Safety Coaching Program to aid in the cultural reinforcement of safety in the daily practices of crewmembers in order to help prevent and avoid such accidents and incidents.

World Safety Coaching Program’s main objective is to enhance the quality of the Safety Culture onboard and to maintain its strength and integrity as an ongoing process achieved with 100% hands-on coaching of crew while working.

World Safety uses customer QHSE Regulations and Procedures, national and international standards and regulations, and industries best practices in order to custom design a holistic approach to overall safety training and guidance.

World Safety provides a team of QHSE experts, subject matter specialists and a full management support team to ensure that World Safety Coaching Program is well planned and monitored during all stages in order to best suit the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Unlike other companies offering coaching to the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry with programs based heavily on psychological theory and/or best practices from other industries, World Safety focuses on making a real-time impact on crew performance and delivering trackable, measurable, tangible results.

World Safety method demonstrates immediate, measurable changes in behavior and identify clear action plans with focused improvement opportunities and specific corrective actions, rather than rely on theoretical applications.s
